Doncaster Rovers clinched the League One title thanks to James Coppinger's injury-time winner in an incredible finale to the promotion showdown with Brentford at Griffin Park. Rovers needed a draw to net the second automatic place and deny the Bees. They looked set do so until Dean Furman fouled Toumani Diagouraga in the box in the 94th minute. Gornal, from the Midland Alliance and appearing for the first time at this stage of the tournament, defeated Wisbech, who play in the Eastern Counties League, by 4-2 after extra-time, after the visitors had lead two-nil after 10 minutes. The wrought-iron entrance gates at Meadow Lane, home of Notts County FC on the day of a special Legends Day event marking the club's 150th anniversary. The day-long event featured autograph signing by past and present players, a game between two teams of former players and a screening of a film entitled 'Notts County - the Movie' on a giant inflatable screen. 16 imagesUkraine v France Euro 2012, 15th June 2012. Ukrainian supporters in Bradford Ukrainian Club wait for kick off in the Donbass Arena Donesk. The game was delayed by 55 minutes due to an electrical storm. France won 2-0. Bradford has a sizable Ukrainian community, mainly descendants of people who came to work in the textile industry in the mid 20th Century. Since 2022 more Ukrainians have arrived fleeing the Russian invasion.
